Terms of Use
The terms on which this site is provided. The short version: it is information, not advice, and the official bulletin always wins.

What this site is
U.S. ImmigrationHub republishes figures from official US government publications, principally the Department of State Visa Bulletin, in a more readable form. It is a reference tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We take accuracy seriously: every month is validated before publication, figures that cannot be read are flagged rather than dropped, and each page links the official source and the date we retrieved it. You can read how that works.
Even so, you must not treat this site as authoritative:
- The government may publish, correct, or revise a bulletin at any time, and this site may not yet reflect it.
- Errors in reading or presenting a figure are possible despite the checks described above.
- A figure that was correct when retrieved may since have been superseded.
Always confirm against the official bulletin before making a filing decision. Where this site and the official publication disagree, the official publication is correct.
No predictions
Where this site shows how a cut-off has moved between months, that is a record of what was published — not a forecast. Cut-off dates can advance, stall, move backwards, or become unavailable entirely, for reasons outside anyone’s visibility. Do not rely on past movement to plan future timing.
No warranty
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including missed deadlines, filing decisions, application outcomes, or costs incurred. Your remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site in any way that damages it, interferes with it, or degrades it for other users.
- Do not scrape it at a volume that burdens the service. The underlying data is public — take it from the Department of State directly.
- Do not present this site, or figures taken from it, as an official or government source.
Content and reuse
The underlying Visa Bulletin figures are US federal government work and carry no copyright. The wording, design, organisation and software of this site are ours. You are welcome to cite figures and link to pages here; please do not reproduce the site wholesale or present it as your own.
Changes
These terms may change, and the date at the top of this page will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
